Wushu fetches third gold

Myanmar landed its third gold yesterday after Thein Than Oo won the men’s nandao + nangun wushu competition at the 29th SEA Games yesterday.

Thein Than Oo won with 19.34 points, Vietnam’s Pham Quoc Khanh took the silver 19.32 points and Malaysia’s Ho Mun Hua the bronze with 19.30 points.

The wushu competition ends today. Myanmar had targeted three gold medals but so far it has won a gold, a silver and a bronze after two days of competition.
